Air conditioner
Control your existing air-conditioner with smart controllers – automate temperatures, schedules and pre-cooling before you get home. These products emulate your air-conditioner remote control, and send your air-con IR commands such as on, off, fan high, or 25°C. As IR beams cannot pass through walls, you will need one controller for each room. Note that most ceiling fans use RF remote controls and cannot be controlled by these devices.
Tip
Pick the Hub M3 if it will also be the main hub of a larger smart home – it connects over three times as many devices, runs Edge automations locally so they stay fast and keep working even when the internet is down, and can lead a Hub Cluster of up to 10 other Aqara hubs.
Pick the Hub M200 if you mainly want air-con control, or as an add-on for extra rooms. It is more affordable but lacks advanced hub features.
