M200 sends compatible commands and tracks recorded state. It does not receive native operating confirmation from the aircon.

01Will M200 work with a Panasonic X-Premium aircon?+

X-Premium systems have wireless infrared remotes, so they are the correct type to check. Match the Panasonic profile in Aqara Home and test the core controls against the actual unit.

02Does M200 replace Panasonic Comfort Cloud?+

M200 provides a separate Aqara and Matter control route. Comfort Cloud remains useful for Panasonic-specific functions and native information available through built-in WiFi or a Panasonic network adapter.

03Can M200 control nanoe X and iAUTO-X?+

The core aircon profile normally focuses on power, temperature, mode, fan and swing. Special Panasonic functions depend on the exact profile, so keep the original remote for controls that do not appear in Aqara Home.

04Can I use one M200 for several Panasonic fan coils?+

Plan on one M200 per controlled room. A hub needs a clear infrared path to the indoor unit, and walls block that signal.
