By accessing this unmanned showroom, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
Besides our terms and conditions, please also note the following:
- Please limit group sizes to a maximum of three visitors per party
- We do not allow children of less than 12 years to enter as part of the experience.
- We do not allow any pets into our showroom.
- If there are other visitors in the showroom, please exercise basic courtesy.
- Please do not enter our store areas, nor open our cabinets, drawers, and other storage places.
- You may help yourself to the bottles of mineral water in the fridge.
- You may use our bathroom, but please ensure cleanliness for our other visitors.
- Your access to the showroom is only for the smart home experience. Please do not use our showroom for any other purposes.
The Aqara App
To make your experience better, please download the Aqara app and register for an account before arriving at our showroom so we can invite you into our Aqara Home app. This will enable you to get a feel of what your home could be like!
Create an Aqara Account with your email address. Send us the email address you signed in with; we will invite you to our Showroom’s Aqara Home.
Entering The Showroom
Please enter the PIN code sent to your WhatsApp into our smart door lock’s keypad.
Press the tick on the bottom right of the keypad to unlock the door.
Only the door on the left will be unlocked. The door on the right will remain locked, please do not open it.
Please proceed to the sofa.
On the sofa, there will be a entry/exit mini switch to turn the lights and air-conditioner on. There will also be sheets of our Unmanned Experience guide on the table. Please take 1 sheet and follow the guide.
