By accessing our unmanned showroom experience at 24 Keong Saik Road, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
Purpose of Access
The showroom is intended solely for browsing and product exploration. No purchases, unauthorized modifications, or tampering with showroom items are allowed.
Liability
Visitors enter the showroom at their own risk. PFE Technologies Pte Ltd shall not be held liable for any injuries, accidents, loss, or damage sustained during the visit.
Surveillance
For security purposes, the showroom is monitored by CCTV cameras. By entering, you consent to being recorded while on the premises.
Prohibited Activities
Visitors are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities:
- Vandalizing or damaging showroom property.
- Unauthorized removal of items.
- Smoking, eating, or drinking within the premises.
Visitor Responsibility
Visitors are expected to act responsibly and maintain the cleanliness of the showroom. Any damages caused by negligence or misconduct may result in charges for repair or replacement.
Access Hours
Access to the unmanned showroom is strictly limited to 10am to 10pm. All visitors must exit before 10pm. Visitors attempting to enter outside these hours are in violation of these terms.
Privacy
Any information collected during your visit, including CCTV recordings, will be used only for security purposes and will not be shared with third parties except as required by law.
Termination of Access
PFE Technologies Pte Ltd reserves the right to deny access or remove visitors from the premises at its discretion, especially in cases of rule violations.

These Terms and Conditions are subject to change. It is the visitor’s responsibility to review the latest version before entering the showroom.
