A Water Leak Early Warning System
This Aqara sensor detects leaks as they occur, giving you an early warning system against property damage from floods and excess water. When water is detected, it sends a status update to an Aqara hub, which, as a smart home system, sends a push notification to your phone, and triggers an alarm on a compatible Aqara hub (if configured).
- Requires an Aqara Hub.
- The Water Leak sensor detects actual leaks – that is, the two prongs on the underside of the sensor must have a pool of water sufficient enough to complete the circuit between the prongs.
