Works seamlessly with Aqara smart locks and smart screens, allowing you to view visitors in real time, talk to them, and unlock the door directly. Stream live video to Panel Hub S1 Plus with built-in privacy masking and voice changing features help you confidently manage deliveries and visitor access.

  • To control this HomeKit-enabled accessory, the latest version of IOS or iPadOS is recommended. HomeKit Secure Video requires a supported iCloud+ plan and a HomePod mini, HomePod, Apple TV, or iPad set up as a home hub. It is recommended that you update to the latest software and operating system.

This way, you’re alerted only to meaningful activity around your door—no unnecessary notifications, just the moments that matter.

Choose the installation method best suited to your home. PoE power provides a simple and stable installation—a single Ethernet cable transmits both power and data, ensuring reliable operation around the clock. Alternatively, you can connect directly to your existing 8-24V AC/DC doorbell wiring for continuous power. Either way, the Doorbell Camera G400 maintains 24/7 power, ensuring your door is always under surveillance.

This doorbell is IP65 waterproof and dustproof, ensuring reliable operation in any weather conditions. Its built-in tamper-proof alarm functions will trigger instantly if anyone attempts to remove or interfere with the doorbell, helping to protect your home security around the clock.

  • The Video Doorbell G4 is recommended to be installed on a porch or in other shaded areas.
  • Resolution is limited to 1200p in Apple Home. To ensure maximum resolution of 1536p, G400 might need to be disconnected from Apple HomeKit.
