Smart security cameras Singapore
Smart security cameras and video doorbells for Singapore homes.
Choose an Aqara camera for a room, an outdoor approach or the front door. Compare fixed and pan-tilt views, Wi-Fi and PoE, local recording, hub functions and installation before deciding.

Choose by location
Indoor camera, outdoor camera or video doorbell?
A camera's placement decides far more than its resolution. Indoor cameras can prioritise pan-tilt coverage or hub functions; outdoor cameras need weather resistance and practical cabling; a video doorbell is designed around visitors, packages and two-way access.
Living spaces and rooms
Indoor cameras
Use a fixed wide view when one position covers the room, or pan and tilt when you want to look around remotely. Selected Camera Hub models can also connect Aqara devices.
Entrances and exterior areas
Outdoor cameras
G100 is the compact value choice for a Wi-Fi position. G5 Pro adds a more substantial fixed camera, local AI, full-colour night vision and a choice of Wi-Fi or PoE versions.
Visitors, deliveries and access
Video doorbells
Choose battery or existing-doorbell wiring for G4 and G410. Choose G400 when continuous PoE or 8–24V power, 24/7 recording and a head-to-toe doorstep view are priorities.
Compare Aqara camera models
Compare movement, power, storage and hub functions.
Aqara cameras cover straightforward room monitoring, pan-tilt viewing, outdoor security, premium camera hubs and three different approaches to the front door.
Indoor camera choices
Decide whether the camera needs to move, double as an Aqara hub, or add another job such as infrared appliance control.
2K room coverage, person tracking, Wi-Fi 6 and no Aqara hub function. A practical choice when a separate hub already exists or is not needed.
Wide 1080p fixed view with a built-in Aqara Zigbee hub. Useful when one camera position already covers the room.
2K pan-tilt camera, Aqara Zigbee hub, local tracking and an infrared controller for compatible air-conditioners and appliances.
Dual 4K and 2.5K lenses, 9× hybrid zoom, pan-tilt tracking, local AI, Zigbee hub and Thread/Matter functions.
Outdoor camera choices
Both choices support outdoor use — and both work just as well indoors, so the same camera can cover a porch, balcony or room. The main decision is compact Wi-Fi value versus the G5 Pro's connection, night-vision, AI and hub capabilities.
Small 2K IP65 camera for indoor or outdoor use, with Wi-Fi, spotlight-assisted colour night mode, microSD recording and no Zigbee hub.
2K IP65 fixed camera in Wi-Fi or PoE versions, with full-colour night vision, onboard storage and AI, plus Zigbee hub and Thread/Matter functions.
Video doorbell choices
All three show and speak with visitors. Power, recording style, hub capability and the view of the doorstep are the deciding factors.
1080p video, battery or 12–24V wired power, indoor chime-repeater and no Aqara hub function.
2K video, mmWave presence detection, battery or 12–24V power, chime and built-in Zigbee/Thread/Matter hub functions.
2K head-to-toe view, 24/7 recording support and continuous PoE or 8–24V AC/DC power. No Aqara hub function.
Many Aqara cameras do double duty as hubs — they were designed to accept connections from other Aqara devices such as lights and sensors. Some of the cameras do not offer this hub function. Regardless, every camera uses Wi-Fi or Ethernet to connect to your home network.

Only want a camera? Every model here works perfectly as a standalone camera. On hub-capable models the hub function is a bonus you can simply leave unused — nothing about the camera depends on it. The comparison table below shows each model's hub role alongside placement and power.

Camera placement and wiring
Plan the view, power and network before installation.
Adding more cameras does not fix a poor angle. Start by defining what must be visible, then check mounting height, glare, privacy, Wi-Fi or Ethernet access and how the recording will be stored.

Recording, alerts, privacy and automations
Choose how the camera records and responds.
A smart camera is not only a live view. Storage, notification quality, privacy controls and its connection to the rest of the home determine whether it remains useful after installation.
Local and cloud recording
Storage differs by model: microSD, built-in eMMC, NAS/SMB support and optional platform or cloud recording may be available. Check whether you need continuous footage or event clips before choosing.
Apple HomeKit Secure Video
Every current Aqara camera and video doorbell listed here supports Apple HomeKit Secure Video — end-to-end encrypted recording through Apple Home. See the dedicated section below for what that unlocks.
Meaningful notifications
Use motion, person, face, vehicle, package or presence detection where supported, then define zones and schedules so alerts correspond to the area and time that matter.
Scenes and automations
A camera or doorbell can trigger lights, play an alert or participate in an away routine. Hub-capable models can also reduce the need for a separate Aqara hub elsewhere in the plan.
Works with your smart-home platform
Use the app your home already speaks.
Every current Aqara camera and video doorbell on this page works with Aqara Home, Apple Home, Google Home and Amazon Alexa — and can be added to several platforms at the same time. Live views, alerts, voice control and routines happen in the app you already open every day, so a camera joins your home instead of adding another ecosystem to manage.
Apple HomeKit Secure Video
Private, end-to-end encrypted recording through Apple Home.
Every current Aqara camera and video doorbell on this page supports Apple HomeKit Secure Video. Set the camera up in the Apple Home app that comes with your iPhone and footage is analysed and encrypted before it leaves your home — recordings upload directly to your iCloud without passing through any other company's servers, and can be reviewed from any of your Apple devices.
Privacy you control
Tie the camera to presence: pause streaming and recording while you are home, and have it arm automatically when everyone leaves. Recordings stay end-to-end encrypted, viewable only by you.
On-device face recognition
Apple Home can recognise faces from your iCloud Photo Library and tell you when a family member arrives — the recognition happens on your own Apple devices, not in the cloud.
Notifications that matter
Alert only when people, animals or vehicles are detected, and draw activity zones so movement outside the area you care about stops generating noise.
Works alongside local storage
HomeKit Secure Video and local recording are not either-or: on models with microSD or built-in storage, both can record at the same time. HKSV itself needs a compatible Apple home hub and a suitable iCloud+ plan.

Frequently asked questions
Smart security camera questions.
Which Aqara cameras also work as smart-home hubs?
Camera Hub G2H Pro and Camera Hub G3 work as Aqara Zigbee hubs. Camera Hub G5 Pro and Camera Hub G350 add Zigbee hub capability plus Thread/Matter roles. Doorbell Camera Hub G410 is also hub-capable. Camera E1, Camera G100, Video Doorbell G4 and Doorbell Camera G400 do not act as Aqara hubs.
Is the Aqara Camera G100 a Zigbee hub?
No. Camera G100 is a Wi-Fi camera for indoor or outdoor use. It does not connect Aqara Zigbee devices, act as a Thread border router or serve as a Matter controller. Choose a separate Aqara hub or a product explicitly named Camera Hub if those functions are required.
Which Aqara cameras can be used outdoors?
Camera G100 and Camera Hub G5 Pro are IP65-rated camera choices for indoor or outdoor use. Aqara video doorbells are designed for entrance use, but their power, mounting and weather-protection requirements differ by model; follow the individual product guidance and prefer a sheltered position where specified.
Which Aqara cameras support PoE?
The PoE version of Camera Hub G5 Pro uses Ethernet for both data and power. Doorbell Camera G400 can also use PoE for continuous power and network connectivity. PoE needs a suitable cable route and compatible network power source or injector.
Which Aqara cameras support Apple HomeKit Secure Video?
Every current Aqara camera and video doorbell listed on this page supports Apple HomeKit Secure Video. Recording through Apple Home requires a compatible Apple home hub and a suitable iCloud+ plan. Check Apple’s current requirements and the individual camera’s supported resolution and features before choosing.
Do I need a subscription to record camera footage?
Not necessarily. Local storage is available on many models through microSD cards or built-in storage, and selected models support NAS backup. Apple HomeKit Secure Video and Aqara HomeGuardian cloud features have their own service and subscription requirements. Check the exact model and decide whether you need event clips or continuous recording.
Should I choose a fixed camera or a pan-tilt camera?
Choose fixed when a wide, carefully positioned view can cover the important area continuously. Choose pan and tilt when remote look-around, preset views or tracking matter. Remember that recorded footage only contains where a movable camera was pointing at that time; it cannot pan around an older recording.
Can HomeSmart install cameras and video doorbells?
Yes. HomeSmart can help plan camera positions, install compatible cameras, route or coordinate power and PoE, connect video doorbells to suitable wiring, configure the Aqara system and set up agreed scenes or automations. Site conditions and electrical or network work are quoted separately.
