The Camera G100 is an all-weather camera for indoor and outdoor use. Its 2K resolution and f/1.8 aperture ensure crisp, detailed images. It offers flexible storage options, including 24/7 local recording via microSD card, NAS backup, and optional cloud storage. It is equipped with AI features such as motion and human detection, as well as custom ringtones for automation. The G100 camera is compatible with all major ecosystems, including Apple Home, Google Home, Amazon Alexa, SmartThings, and Home Assistant (via RTSP connection).

MicroSD card is not included.

Resolution and Night Vision Capability

2K resolution with full colour night mode

The Camera G100 offers 2K clear resolution and f/1.8 aperture, allowing you to capture every detail at higher resolution for impeccable image quality. Dual night modes with spotlight and invisible infrared ensure that this camera sees everything in vivid color and clarity, day or night, ensuring that no detail is missed even in the darkest conditions.

G100 supports two night vision modes, black and white mode and full color mode. It is necessary to turn on the fill light at night to enable the full-color function.

Privacy, Redefined

Aqara Camera G100 supports seamless streaming via Wi-Fi to Apple Home (including HomeKit Secure Video), Google Home, Alexa, and SmartThings. It also integrates with Home Assistant via RTSP for advanced automation. With built-in 2-Way Audio, users can communicate in real time, making it easier to interact directly with family and friends.

It supports 24/7 local recording to microSD cards, maximum up to 512GB and backup to local NAS servers. It has a time-lapse capture feature that compresses a day’s events into 15 seconds. With the optional HomeGuardian cloud solution, recordings are end-to-end encrypted and key events triggered by connected sensors are automatically captured and marked.

This camera is equipped with basic local AI detections, which help to receive notifications when presence is detected. For advanced Cloud AI detection, that has capability of recognizing faces, vehicles, pets, and packages, it would require a HomeGuardian plan subscription.

The camera is equipped with 2.4GHz Wi-Fi, which has wide coverage, better compatibility and anti-interference ability. It also supports the WPA3 standard to provide stronger security for your network.

Anti-Theft Function

Same as the Aqara’s outdoor camera G5 Pro, the G100 Camera also supports the “Lost Mode” function. When this mode is activated, the device cannot be unbound by quickly pressing the function button ten times. This mode is designed to prevent unauthorized use of the device if it is stolen. If “Lost Mode” is not deactivated by the user, the device cannot be bound to another Aqara account.
