What qualifies
The same Singapore product
- The same brand, model, colour and variant.
- Brand-new stock intended for the Singapore market.
- The same Singapore warranty, installation and other included services.
An authorised local seller
- The offer is from an authorised reseller based in Singapore.
- The product is in stock and genuinely available for you to purchase.
- The offer can be verified from a link, quotation or checkout screenshot.
A like-for-like final price
We compare the final amount actually payable for the same product and inclusions, including GST, compulsory delivery, installation and other mandatory charges. Any HomeSmart voucher or automatic saving already received is included when determining the amount you paid.
Within seven days
Send the comparison within seven calendar days of placing your HomeSmart order. The competing offer must still be available when we verify it.
Not like-for-like: overseas or grey-import stock, used, refurbished or open-box products, unavailable or expired offers, obvious pricing errors, and offers with materially different warranty, delivery, installation or bundle inclusions.
