Door, gate and hub, working as one

The D100 speaks Zigbee and the U500 speaks Thread. The M100 is both a Zigbee hub and a Thread border router, so one small hub brings both locks into the same Aqara Home, and into Apple Home too.

Two Home Keys, one Wallet

Both locks support Apple Home Keys. Add both to your Apple Wallet and tap your iPhone or Apple Watch at the gate, then again at the door.

Paired locks, linked automations

With the hub in place, Aqara Home adds lock-to-lock pairing and automations across your home: an unlock can switch on the entrance lights, or arm and disarm your sensors.

One app, every record

Lock and unlock records and alerts for both locks live in Aqara Home, and users, fingerprints and passcodes are managed in one place. The M100 runs automations locally, so they keep working if your internet drops.

The door lock

Aqara D100: fully automatic push-pull entry

The D100 is a push-pull mortise lock with a fully automatic lockset. Touch the fingerprint reader on the handle and the door is open in one motion; close it and it locks itself.

Unlock in about a second

Fingerprint identification in 0.3 seconds and a fully automatic cylinder that retracts in 0.7 seconds, with a 98.6% identification rate. Keyless, and instantaneous.

Everyone gets their own way in

Up to 50 fingerprints, 50 PIN codes and 25 NFC devices, each user with their own access level. One-time, periodic and remotely configured passcodes for guests and helpers.

Locks itself, protects itself

Auto-locks when the door closes. Anodised aluminium body, multiple bolts, damage sensors on the front panel, anti-peep PIN entry and alerts when the door is unlocked or left ajar.

Power and overrides

Never locked out

A mechanical knob inside and mechanical keys outside work even with a flat battery. The rechargeable lithium battery lasts about a year, warns you well ahead, and charges over USB-C.

The gate lock

Aqara U500: built for HDB gates

The U500 is the first purpose-built Aqara gate lock, designed for iron gates and grille doors. Fingerprint and key on both sides mean unlocking from inside needs a registered fingerprint or a key, so there is no knob or thumb turn for anyone to reach through.

Secure from both sides

Outside: fingerprint, PIN with anti-peep protection, NFC card or Apple Home Key. Inside: a registered fingerprint or a key. Reach-through unlocking simply does not work.

Made for the outdoors

An IP65-rated outer panel shrugs off rain and dust, with a built-in doorbell button. Four AA batteries run it for up to 7 months, with USB-C emergency power if they ever run flat.

Check the fit

Fits gates 22–28 mm thick with a 40–45 mm backset and a 3–7 mm door gap, and the gate and frame must sit flush. Send us a gate photo on WhatsApp and we confirm before installation.

The hub

Aqara Hub M100: small, and functional where it Matters

The M100 combines Zigbee and Thread in one USB-powered hub, acts as a Matter Controller and Matter Bridge, and processes automations locally for faster, more dependable actions.

Zigbee and Thread in one

A Zigbee hub for the D100 and Aqara switches, sensors and curtain motors, plus a Thread border router for the U500 and other Matter over Thread devices.

Plug in anywhere

USB-A power from a wall adapter, your router or a power bank, with a 210° pivot so it tucks neatly beside an outlet.

Works with the platforms you use

As a Matter Controller and Bridge it brings your Aqara devices to Apple Home, Google Home, Amazon Alexa and Home Assistant, with local processing for Zigbee and Thread actions.

Installation and warranty

Installed by HomeSmart, covered onsite for 24 months

Our own technicians install both locks. Door lock installation covers standard wooden doors; special doors such as aluminium may carry an additional charge, and we tell you before the visit. The gate lock is installed once we have confirmed your gate from photos. Both locks carry a 24-month onsite warranty from HomeSmart, Aqara’s authorised distributor in Singapore.

Frequently asked questions

Is installation included in the price?

Yes. The price includes installation of the door lock on a standard wooden door and installation of the U500 on your gate, plus the M100 hub. Special door types, for example aluminium doors, may carry an additional charge that we confirm with you before the visit.

Will the locks fit my door and gate?

The D100 does not work with every door, and the U500 fits gates 22–28 mm thick with a 40–45 mm backset and a 3–7 mm gap where the gate and frame sit flush. After checkout we ask for photos of both on WhatsApp and confirm the fit before scheduling. If either does not fit, we suggest an alternative before any work starts.

I already own an Aqara hub. Do I still get the M100?

Yes, the M100 is a fixed part of this bundle. If you already run an Aqara hub, the M100 can serve as a second hub or a spare. If you would rather build a combination without the hub, use the Door + Gate package builder.

Can I choose a different lock, a video doorbell or a colour?

This bundle is fixed: the D100, the U500 gate lock and the M100. For a different door lock, or to add a G410 video doorbell hub instead of the M100, use the Door + Gate package builder, which prices every combination from the same live prices as this bundle.

Do I need to pair the locks myself?

Physical installation of both locks is included; pairing and app setup are not part of the bundle. The Aqara Home app guides you through adding each lock and your first fingerprints and passcodes, Apple Home Keys are added from your iPhone in a few taps, and our team is a WhatsApp message away if you get stuck.

What about NFC cards?

Both locks accept Aqara NFC cards. They are not part of this bundle and are available separately.
